Marham House Care Home in Bury St Edmunds have joined forces with health professionals and the local community to ensure that staff and residents receive the COVID-19 – 19 vaccine. The Multidisciplinary Teams worked with the Management at Marham House to ensure that all residents and staff had access to a vaccine.
On Friday 15th January 2021, the Vaccination team went to Marham House to ensure that residents and staff, received their vaccine.
Daniel Rowark Operations Director said that he is relieved staff and residents have now had the opportunity to be vaccinated. The hard work and dedication of everyone involved during the COVID-19 pandemic has been nothing short of courageous. It has been an extremely difficult year for staff, residents, friends, and family but we are hoping we can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. The vaccine gives us hope that we can soon return to normality and will be welcoming visitors into our home again.
Marham House Care Home operated by Halcyon care homes is a residential and residential dementia care home, with top class facilities including, a cinema, hairdressers, sky bar and tearoom.
