In 2008, Emma’s chose to move into a HR support role where she achieved her Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) and CIPD qualifications to enhance and improve her chosen career path.

Emma moved into the Health & Social Care sector in 2012 and this is where her true passion has evolved. With a strong focus on recruiting the right people, ensuring they are offered the opportunity to be the best they can be, with the correct support, training, and career development opportunities. Emma is a hands-on HR Manager who has created and developed a HR function that is supportive, legally compliant, and effective for the business.
